Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

If your order isn't up to standard for example incorrect size or not satisfied with your items, you are more then welcome to contact our team via our email within the 14 days of receiving your order.

Once our team have ran you through the returns process the items have to be sent back to us within 30 days from the return request to be able to receive the store credit/ refund.

Refunds for faulty items will only be processed to customers who provide us with proof and images of the fault with a thorough description of the situation that had happened. It is a decision that our Ravish team will make if the product was faulty due to manufacturing or is at the customers fault.

Within the 30 days from when you had received your order you must contact the Ravish team via email during this period to be eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit.

If you had not contacted the Ravish team during this time period the reasoning to a fault will be deemed “customer fault”.

If you are wanting to return your garment because of a “change of mind”, unsatisfied with the item we will strictly offer a store credit or exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been processed we are unable to change/ cancel the order. Once you receive your order after wanting to cancel contact the Ravish team and they can issue a store credit/ refund.

SALE ITEMS POLICY

All sale items that are purchased including Boxing Day, Black Friday etc are strictly not eligible for an exchange or return.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do offer exchanges if you would like a different size/ colour - Please contact our Ravish team to get the ball rolling, if the item you desire is unavailable at that point we will issue a store credit.

REFUND POLICY

Each and every one of our pieces goes through a quality check while packaging prior being shipped. In the unlikely event an item is deemed faulty, we will refund you using the original purchase method.

Please note a refund will only be processed if you provide proof, images and a description of the event that had happened.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be fully processed back into the original purchase method.
