To keep your RAVISH pieces looking fierce and fresh, treat them with TLC. Cold wash them inside out, skip the fabric softener (it messes with the stretch) and let them air dry like the queens they are - no tumble dry needed. Show them love and they will love you.
RETURNS
If your order isn't up to standard for example incorrect size or not satisfied with your items, you are more then welcome to contact our team via our email within the 14 days of receiving your order.
Once our team have ran you through the returns process the items have to be sent back to us within 30 days from the return request to be able to receive the store credit/ refund.
Refunds for faulty items will only be processed to customers who provide us with proof and images of the fault with a thorough description of the situation that had happened. It is a decision that our Ravish team will make if the product was faulty due to manufacturing or is at the customers fault.
